Intrastat:- Cusdec/Instat GB in .CSV format ??

Could someone adivse whether it is possible to create the file KEDCSD in   .csv format instead of .TRX

I cannot see anywhere in the wizard setting or IMG settings where this can be done, yet I have read online that it is possible

Would be most grateful if someone could advise on the steps for this ?
