Highdeal Transactive "Now Convergent Charging"

Hello All,

First of all let me preface the discussion withnot only a plea for answers but excusing the "Noob" questioning. I am sure that we have all had something dropped on our laps? This is one of those times.

The SAP Convergent Charging solution previously refered to as “Highdeal Transactive” installed in my environment was version 3.3.8.104.3.3 which I’m sure was a few versions behind. Since I am trying to replace the server that the aforementioned solution is running on I will of course need a replacement license.

Trouble with that is that the licensing is controlled by a fey file which is keyed to the server’s volume ID… How would I go about getting a new license?

Also, I am having a difficult time trying to find ANY "suggested" hardware specifications for the install.
