Solution Manager - Charms and service desk

Dear Expert,

i am new in solution manger and my boss is asking to me to implement the charms and service desk and also telling me to provide the training of users about the service desk and charms.

So kindly provide me help .

Hi Mahesh,

after charms configuration, whatever authorization we can provide of solution manager users. such those users can be use change request management.
