Short Dump Runtime Errors CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND in GTS server while rescreening SPL check

Hi Friends,

In GTS server we find short dump CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND while recreening SPL check.Can you please let me know if there is any OSS notes which need to be implemented.The currents GTS version is 8.0

Hi Amit,

Please check te details of the error in TC ST22, if the error is related to function "/SAPSLL/OBJSSF_MAINTAIN_RFC_R3 - this function is on ERP side so maybe there is an isue with:

RFC call to logical system where the feeder is assigned (TC SALE)

OR with your logical system configuration - please check you have not assigned a GTS system to an ERP related logical system group as this is not correct. GTS system should be assigned to a GTS logical group.

Thanks for your prompt reply,I checked all the setup referred by you ,they all exist .Moreover if you can help me in understanding the SPL checking occurs in GTS box all the relevant data are in GTS box ,why should ERP system or feeder system connectivity be considered for this.

I am using BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 SP3. In InfoView, when I select Dashboard and Analytics -> Analytic Catalog -> Metric Analytics or [Predictive Analytics(Samples)] etc.and click any sample analytic to view it, I am greeted with the following error messages:

Either this document was not found in the system or you are not authorized to view it   OR

Failed to open the document using openAnalytic.jsp.  Not enough information was given. Contact your Business Objects administrator.Group D, no document found

Do you have any resolution to this ?

Also, even after applying Set Analysis license key, I am not seeing the "Set Refresh" option.

Hi Amit,

Did you verify that the error is linked to function SAPSLL/OBJSSF_MAINTAIN_RFC_R3? The call to GTS is important to update PI table /SAPSLL/OBJSSF if/when documents are released in GTS.

This error is nearly always linked to logical system settings, please ensure you have correctly maintained GTS and and feeder logical system groups.

Please outline the settings you have in place.
