NWBC MSS Reports - Error

We are testing the standard MSS functionality provided by SAP via NWBC; running into an error when running reports.

All the Employee Data reports end up with the following error:

Error in Manager Sef-Service

When calling the report, the following error occurred

System: HRX

Error when executing function

Looked through all the similar posts online, but could not fix this; maybe something to do in NWBC? Read that the scenario in iView had to be changed in Portal, but in NWBC its using HRMSS_OADP_REPORTING which has the following in Application Parameters:

FCODE:             

FTYPE:             
INSTANCE:         ITS_NAV
ORGVIEWGRP:  MSS_REP_SELECT
PROFILE:            MSS_REPORTING_ITS
ROLE:               MSS
SCENARIO:     

And the Application Parameters for HRMSS_REPORTING_LAUNCHPAD has:

INSTANCE : REP

ROLE: MSS

We have never used Manager Desktop before, so did not change anything there nor transferred anything from MDT to MSS. Also, no custom reports/queries.

So, what could be missing here? Greatly appreciate your suggestions/ideas.

I am also facing the same problem after up gradation of our system, could you please let me know how did you resolve this issue.

There was a inconsistency in Infoset after upgrade, activating it and running the reports in the backend once fixed it...

Dear,

this might be a side effect of note 1465767. If note 1465767 is in your system, please get sure that the mentioned parameter (~NO_LOGON_USEREXIT = 1) is set for the service hrwpc_fc_exec.

Because from MSS point of view the behaviour with 1465767 causes problems. Although it is correct from ITS point of view.
