Unable to view functional location value in table IFLOT & IFLO ?

Hi All

I have created functional location & being used in labeling system standard indicator. I am able to view in table IFLOS whereas in table IFLOT & IFLO no values found. Could anyone please give valuable inputs for this issue.

Things mentioned in 1st para of your post aren't normal. Now you have the following options:

1. Forget about this label and move on with others.
2. If same symptom persists then you need to seek OSS help.
3. Wait and see how other experts understood your issue and suggest.

Just to keep you updated, developed custom program as per SAP note 1777264 and issue got resolved.

I had the same issue earlier in the week.

It is being caused by the archiving program (SARA and PM_IFLOT) not removing the IFLOS records.

I have opened an OSS Message to SAP.

It is like this:

You are able to view the Functional Location you created, in IFLOS table in field STRNO. and this is not the key field. The key field is TPLNR and the values here look like ?0100000000000000582. You need to take this value from IFLOS and put in the TPLNR field of table IFLOT or IFLO . You will get the line item you are searching for.

I would like to share that I am unable to view the created functional location both in IL 03 and in IH 01 and moreover when I am trying to create same functional location getting an error " label XXXXXXX is already being used in labeling system structure indicator (internal)"

When I searched for values in IFLOT & in IFLO no vaues found whereas in IFLOS got updated.

Now, will I be able to view created functional location or will I be able to create same functional location once If I go with changes what you have recommended.
