We have a requirement from client where the Sales Orders are created from ECC and then replicated to SAP CRM. My questions are as follow:
- Is this possible to automatically create a Loyalty Membership Activity after the Sales Order is successfully replicated and created in CRM? Do we need to create some BAPI/FM enhancements or the standard can be done?
- If enhancement is required to create the Membership Activity, which FM/API is available?
- If the Sales Order is created in ECC, for the transaction type in CRM do i still need to classify the transaction in the configuration for Loyalty Accrual "A"?
- The client will also like to view the Financial Statements of all the points accrued/earn/redeem by the customers at the end of the month. How can this be done? Can we create some sort of Settlement Order in CRM for all the points balances of a member and then replicate to ECC to create an Internal Order for a GL account?
