Learning Solution 300 (LSO300) and Collaboration

Hi All,

I am trying to create Collaboration Rooms from the LSO300 within an ECC 5.0 (SR1) system. We have implemented single sign-on from EP 6.0 (SR1) and installed KMC as part of the portal.

When we try to create a room from the ECC side, we get an error message "UserX is not a valid portal user". This user is a portal user and a user within the ECC system, with all the authorizations we can find to give them (SAP_ALL on the ECC side and Super_Admin on the portal side). I get a message number - LSO_COLLABORATION004 when I look at the Performance Assistant for this message.

The same user is able to create collaboration rooms on the portal side.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance!

Hi

hope this will help you please don,t forget to give pointsCommunication Paths for the Portal: Inbound RelationshipsCommunication PathProtocol UseAuthenticatioRemarksBrowser HTTP, HTTPSAll authentications supported by the SAP Web AS, typically form-based-logon or standard authentication. Anonymous is supported. However, you should not use it since unique learner assignment is not possible in the back end. With standard authentication, passwords are transferred in plain text. Consequently, you should protect the transports using SSL.SAP Enterprise Portal, iView Server HTTP, HTTPSAll authentications supported by the SAP Web AS. Typically, you can use the Single-Sign-On Ticket (SSO) here since logon has been done in the Enterprise Portal already. For SSO, you must import the Enterprise Portal certificate into the SAP Web AS.

Yes, you need to have SSO, configure in both systems.

Try to see the configurtion on the ECC 5.0 side under trans: SPRO
