L_TO_CREATE_MULTIPLE

Asking for your help here to see an error that is presenting me in generating an OT from an ABAP program using the function L_TO_CREATE_MULTIPLE.

in some cases it generates the error "Requested amount not could be Supplied." But so far I have not Indentify to be this error.

I check in the LS26 and if they have stock available all materials.

Some idea of ​​this error??
