Connection between sap to nonsap

Hi Everybody,

I need to convert the SAP SMARTFORMS TO XML CONVERSION and then to place it in a non-sap system. Is it possible to place the XML converted document to NON SAP system. If yes, please tell how it will be done without using PI or XI.
