Web Intelligence Report showing blank when using BEX as source

Hi,

I created adhoc report using BEX as source and  I am getting blank values in Design and Read Mode. If I go to data mode, i could see number of rows extracted and after refresh, it goes blank again.

I have other reports that used the same BEX source and i could view data. I was able to create adhoc report earlier and we do not have the issue in development systems.

How do  I resolve it.

What version / patch level are you on both for BusinessObjects and BW?

How do you connect to BEX?

Hi,

We are using the following

BW 7.3 SP6

BO 4.0 SP2.15

I am trying to create new Webi report

steps

- Home - > Web intelligence application

- New Document -> select BEX as source

- dragged Objects to Result objects

- Run Queries

- get blank ( white ) screen - table is not showing

In Data section  I could see number of rows but in reading and Design mode, Can't see any table

Hi,

SAP advised us to clear some cache memory in CMC.
