RFUMSV00_BAL_IT Sm30 maintenance dialog

Hello, I need an help for the table RFUMSV00_BAL_IT.

My customer wants to update it in his production system.

However when the customizing from SCC4 is closed from SE16 it's not possibile to do any modification.

I tried to create a maintenance dialog (update view) but I miss some fundamental info's to create it.

Someone of you experienced the some problem?

any suggestion on how to proceed?
