New Characteristics (drop down value) for More personal Data (Incident/Accident Log)

Hi All,

I am fairly new to EH&S. The requirement is to add new drop down values to few fields that's available under (More Personal Data) for Details of Persons Affected. This is for the Incident/Accident log that you can see via CBIH83. I need to add few more drop down values for Disciplinary Action taken, Remedial Training etc. What is the best way of doing so ?
