Digital Signature Issue in Form-16

Dear All

I am not able to get digital signature in the Quality and Production server of my client.

Interestingly, it is available in Development.

The patch-level is 63, so, Snote 1168740 is already available in the system.

The problem occurs for Fiscal Year 2011-12.

Please advice.
