Define Strategy for Fixed Bins

Hi,

I'm going to add a new fixed storage bins in SPRO, Logistics Execution, Warehouse Management, Strategies, Putaway Strategies, Define Strategy for Fixed Bins but when I click on change - display button, system doesn't allow to add a new entry.

How can I solve this problem ?
