Reporting on Material Master Change Documents providing a field and searching for affected material

Hi all,

I am facing the problem to evaluate change documents on material, but everything I find in standard starts from a specific material. My problem is to have a field and searching for all material where this field has changed. Since there is no index to evaluate CDPOS / CDHDR in this direction, our report to find this out is not able to search within several month over more than a million materials.

Is there any chance to improve this and is there any offer from the standard SAP on this question?

Please note: Transaction AUT10 does not exist in this system. Also this in an ECC 6.0 system!
