Setting Picking Are as mandatory field in Storage bin creation (LS01N)

Dear All,

I want to set the Picking Area as a mandatory field when creating a new storage bin with LS01N. Normally I do this by using the field selection but I could not find that for this transaction.

Can you please give me a hint how I can handle that?

Hi,

It is not possible to make picking area as mandatory filed, it is sap standard. The reason behind is storage bin for interim storage type shouldn't have picking area.
