It's simple path:

host:port/application (for example b2b)/admin/index.jsp

If you do the following, the cache is cleared too:

- Deployment of the shop application

- Restarting the shop application

- Reboot the server

But Denis way is the best and fastest.Except you have 20shops/catalogs, then is a reboot of the complete system faster
