No Reconciliation of Purchase Requisitions in APO system.

Hi,

I am not able to reconcile Purchase Requisitions in APO System when i run Transaction /N/SAPAPO/CCR. Please let me know the possible reasons for not able to reconcile the data.

The PReqs to the extent of mismatch either dont exist in APO or in ECC because of

- Manual deletion of Preqs for some or the other reason by some or the other user. In this case delete the missing Preqs

- Another reason could be Preqs created in APO planning are not published to ECC by design.

- Another reason could be Preqs are only created in APO planning and converted to PO;s in APO. So no Preqs exist in ECC.

- Vice versa could also be true.

- Another reason:  If you observe mismatches only for specific locations:  you probably dont have publication settings maintained for the Preqs of said location (apo > spro > integration with other SAP systems > basic settings for data trander publication > maintain distribution definition.

-Another reason could be APO live cache and APO DB are not in sync. Run OM17 for location products and procurement sch .agreements

-Another reason could be client copies done in the past that brought in Preqs from some other system to APO client that is currently integrated to ECC. This can happen e.g. in non-production systems for some or the other reason.

Do publish if reasons are other than above

if CIF errors are handled with post processing, you probably need to resolve those errors first in /SAPAPO/CPP followed by CPPR and then run CCR. You need to do this first notwithstanding anything above. then look for reasons above. Check the publication settings first.
