Customer Delivery Block not auto assigned

Hi all,

I'm trying to use VD05 so that a delivery block is automatically assigned every time customer A creates a Sales Order.

The issue is that when the SO is created, the delivery block doesn't show up automatically, and I am able to create a delivery.

Is there something that is missing?
