Change Request - Web UI - Current IBase component is not in an active IBase

Hi guys,

I have an issue, using the Solution Manager IT Service Management Web UI. I'm trying to create a Change Request, and the error message "Current IBase component is not in an active IBase" appears.

I can't specify the Installed Base or Installed Base Component, as when reporting and Incident (that Transaction Type does not create any error message)
