Transaction Launcher issues

Hi All,

I am using Solution Manager 7.1 which heavily uses the CRM Web UI. I'm having an issue with SAP transactions launching.

There is a link on one of my screens to an SAP Transport. This link calls a javascript function that opens another window. This window disappears after a second, and nothing else happens.

I was able to grab the link on this new window:

http://XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:8000/sap/bc/ags_workcenter/ags_work_appln?CMD=IMPLEMENTATION&%7esolmanwrkgui=SAPSHORTCUT&TRANS=SE09&TRKORR=SM2K900057&

When I add this as a link on my home page and click it, it opens up SE09 to the right trasnaction no issues. Any idea why the linik that uses javascript doesn't work?

    Hi Jason,

    Did you check whether pop up blocker is turneld off?

    Also could you please give the details of the browser you are using?
