CRM BP Replication to ECC as BP not as Customer

Dear Experts

Currently we are replication ECC BP to CRM BP.

Requirement is to replicate CRM BP to ECC as BP (not as customer and then converting it to BP)

This should not disturb the current process.

Please let me know the steps involved to achieve this.
