Infopackge Request in yellow after transfering records

Hi all,

we are using these extractors in HCM implementation.

0HAP_VA_TEXT

0HAP_VB_TEXT

0HAP_VC_TEXT

0HAP_VB_TEXT when we run in RSA3, we are getting 72 records.

when you run Info package 72 records getting transfered but request remains in Yellow.

when we check tRFC ques in source sytem nothing found.

Job status in source system finished and No short dump.

seems only request confirmation missing.

can you share your experiences on this ?

Hi Ramesh,

I was also having similar issue where the load was complete but the IP showed yellow status. I checked all the background and found that all went successfully. Lastly i contacted the BASIS team according to them there was some network issue which caused in yellow status. Then only resolution is to make the IP request red, then delete the request from the PSA and again schedule the IP. This resolved the issue.

Hi,

This issue occurs if trfc's are stuck in source system.

Job in the source system showing finished. Can you please look at the log and advise further ?

Hi,

Check if sufficient processes available in SM50,SM51

check the data load data packet by data packet and see if there is error anywhere

check that if there is any issue with timeout setting may be which is in Infopacakge in schedule tab

sufficient work process are available.

Details tab screen shot atted. number of records transfered and added are same,

there are only 72 records in source system.

time out time is 7 hours for inpackage and no data will be treated as green these are the settings at IP level.

please let me know, if you need more info.

Hi,

Number records and added to BW remains same (72 from 72)

only request status remains in yellow.

we can make request greeen and load, but it will be an issue while running through process chain.

Hi Ramesh,

In the details tab under extraction, DATA SELECTION ENDED should appear. But you say that extraction job has completed in source. It is clear that data has been send, but not arrived in BW side. Try this

1. Click on DATA PACKAGE 0002

2. Click on  

3. Login to source. Check if you find any errors/stuck TRFCs

If you don't find any result, try running infopackage again

it is also taking to tRFC queue in Source system. there is no error / pending luw .

we tried rerunning the job, still remains in yellow.
