Hi expert,

While confirmation the support pack on out solman server we are getting"

Fehler

Invalid user when calling SAP backend system

error.

Please suggest and Please find attachment

Hi,

Please check s-user assigned to user id from which you are trying to approve the support packs. Also, check s- user id in SAP-OSS RFC.

in sm59 the SAPOSS RFC contains

Language        EN

Client          001

User            OSS_RFC

PW Status       saved

this details in asluser in solman

ISE_SD	2295218
SBD_SV	5953027

so which input i suppply

Please check in SAP-OSS not SAPOSS RFC and check whether connection is working fine.

In asuser, make sure correct SMP user id is assigned to your user and is correct one.

thanks in asuser SMP id is wrong and he not take the correct id .

"saying Partner does not exist" but suser is correct which i am provideing.

Please maintain the customer number in solution manager first. then it will recognize your user id.
