Infocube has more added records than transferred records?

Hi All,

i have a situation here that, i am loading the data from PSA to cube . Psa have 2431 records but cube have 3429 records .

i don't have any routines in the transformations .  i only have few formulas in the transformations rules to convert lower case to upper case .

can any one share  me any idea on this ,  why system is showing more records in the cube than PSA .

Thanks,

Display the data of that request in cibe and download to excel then you can know by comparing to PSA which records are extra. Then you can analyze.

Hi Santosh,

If you are doing full load the DTP might be taking all the requests from the PSA.

Check your PSA data, change the date so that you see the old requestss too.

If not then you might have to check the routines.

Thanks,

Vinay

Hi  Santosh

Right click on your InfoCube and select 'Manage' . In the request tab see how  many requests are there .

Do you have any rule groups in transformations?

Hi Santosh,

I think in PSA you have to display all the requests..

there is a possibility some request of last week would have go updated into above data..

once u do display all request you might see all the old requests also..

else check field, start or end routine..

check if multiple sources are updating same target..

Thanks and regards
