Route schedule not getting updated in Purchase order

Route schedule S72D30-4

Please can you advise why the route schedule is not populating for orders to A from B . ( ship to party )

A and B are customer master

Transit time is confirmed as 30 days and the route schedule is set up correctly for the shipping conditions 8A & 8B.

The mentioned route schedule not getting populated in the STO in the delivery schedule tab.

These notes were given for reference by Tej Yadav but i could no find any checks from this for resolving the issue.
