Hi bpc experts:
I m on BPC NW 7.5 SP11, i have an input schedule where the user is gonna enter the rate exchange, but I just wanna block the cells except the region where the user is gonna enter de data, how can i do this? If I set a password to the workbook the user can not enter any data because all cells are blocked.

Hi Joe,
This can be done using multiple format range. Please take a look at the below link from help.sap for more information:

You need to identify the region which should be blocked. Based on that, define the criteria. In the format column, you can lock the cell and highlight it to indicate that that its locked. After expansion, this format range will be applied to the entire input schedule.

This can simply be done by making use of "Get Only Range" in your Key Range Section for the EVDRE. You can enter the range of the data cells which you want to lock in the GetOnlyRange. And, those cells will be restricted and users won't be able to enter data there. You can indicate such cells in a different color by defining that in the formatting instrcutions.
This way, just by looking at the background color of cell, users can easily identify the display only cells and input ready cells.
