Default Value in ME21N for all users

Hi Experts,

Greetings to all...

I wish to ask following question:

1. I wanted to assign the default value in some of the fields (e.g Purchase Org, Company code etc) of ME21N screen for all the users. Whereas I know that the default value can be set on individual user level but wanted to know if there is any way I can set this for all the users?

2. Moreover I wanted to rearrange the columns that appear in the Item Overview of ME21N/22N/23N. e.g. I wanted to pull the requisitioner column before material number. So wanted to know if it is possible to do it such that all the users will see the same layout.
