Change Log does not show the last instance of updated entry in SQL Server

Hi all,

I am novice to SAP Bone, I have updated entry in Business partner data and i can see the log information once i open the change log( I See that gets information from ACRD table) in the Bone. I tried to query the ACRD table in my SQL Server but could not find the last instance of updated log. I have no clue where it gets the last instance of the updated entry. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
