Change display of USD and GBP without using SPRO

In BEx reports, USD and GBP are displayed (as symbols) in front of the numeric value whereas all other currencies appear after the numeric value.

I would like USD and GBP also to appear after the numeric values.

One way to get this done would be to make the changes in SPRO (sap netweaver->business intelligence->settings for reporting and analysis->general settings for reporting and analysis->set alternative currency display).

I am curious to know if there is any other option available to get this done. Can something be done at the query level to change how currencies are displayed?

This is only possible with SPRO as you described.
