CIF Error : An activity has at least two predecessors

Hi ,

I am getting this error in the SCM Queue manager .while moving a Planned order from R/3 to APO .

Below is the screenshot of the operation graphic . What can be the possible reason ?

Hi Sid,

I believe the problem is due to the way the recipe is configured.  There isn't enough information in the screenshot to troubleshoot your exact issue.  I can't tell which operation each phase is in. 

You are not allowed to have more than one relationship per phase within an operation.  For example, if phases 50, 55 and 60 are all within the same operation, you can't have End-Start for 50 to 60 and End-Start for 55 to 60.  The relationships have to be changed or phase 60 has to be put in a different operation.

Yeah indeed phases 50 , 55  and 60 were all within same operation 40 .

This might be the possible reason .Thanks a lot .
