Problem with the personal work schedule


Good day consultants,

Previously .. I changed the dates for the Holiday Calendar for 2012 and make as following:

  1. 18.08.2012
  2. 19.08.2012
  3. 20.08.2012
  4. 21.08.2012

and thanks to you guys I knew how to Generate the work schedules so my changes on the Holiday Calendar will take place.

My problem now is strange …

The System is not reading the 18th of August as a Holiday !! and just reading the dates from 19th till 21st as a Holiday in August.

I checked the work schedule from PT03 and the dates are correct !! but when I test to apply for a leave, it’s given me 18th of

August as a working day.

  1. I picked one employee and checked his personal work schedule (from infotype 2001 --> Personal work schedule) and found out the 18th in not configured as a Holiday.

Why the system is given this different dates between pt03 and personal work schedule ? and how to fix the issue.
