Reading a field of Challenge Infotype in a PCR

Hi,

Hope all is well. Need some help on the below scenario.

Physically challenged employees will get tax exemption upto Kshs 150000 per month. So in the tax pcr I need to read the details from infotype challenge(00004) and if there is any data maintained in IT 0004, the PCR will do the calcualtions with the above condition for challenged employess. If not computes the tax as normal. Can you please guide how to read a field value of IT0004 in a PCR?

I have written a PCR for testing purpose(Attached)but is not working. If you see in the screenshot 2, the PCR is reading ** but YY. Can you please help me resolve it?
