Rule Builder conditions in Loyalty Management

Hello,

The condition group in Rule Builder consists of Conditions and Actions where we define the necessary conditions to be fulfilled by a Member Activity and the corresponding Actions that should be triggered by the rule engine.

My question is related to the Conditions part.  I take a simple scenario like having Category and Activity Type under the conditions. Under Membership Activity the category and activity types are defined and the activity types are assigned to category.

While create a rule (in Web UI) I select a particular category for the list of category defined.  Next I go to the activity type field. In the drop down list, I should see all the activity types that are defined and assigned to the category. Instead, I am seeing all the activity types in the drop down list.

Has anyone faced a similar situation? Please let me know the logic behind this

Hi Ram,

I could not even get this far. I have no conditions or actions to choose from. Do you have some documents how to set it up? Should that been delivered in the standard SAP deployment?
