How to create organization model by using interface

Hai Experts,

I have a organization Hierarcy file , Address file , position file in AL11 Transaction (SAP Directories) and pulled this Hierarcy file create one organization Structure ,

also pulled the Address file data assign to the organization Elements , also pulled the Position file data and assign to the org elements .

Is there any FM to create Org Unit ?

Does any body know how to do this interface?

i will reward who help me on this issue.
