Changing Decimals

Hey Experts,

I have a customer that is going live today. They are a manufacture and distribution company so they purchase a large quantities for fraction price. for example, They buy 30,000 items for $0.074. Is there any way that i can change the decimal from two(.07) to three (0.074) in ByD? This would make a huge difference in their operations. Please help thanks.

    They could

    • aggregate the 30,000 items to a two decimal sum
    • Create a 3 decimal place extension field and calculate the sum

with a Business Object extension via the ByD Studio

    Hi Brijesh.

ByD is limited to displaying 2 decimal places in the UI.

Extension field is the only option to work with.

    All the best !
