Difference between txt. file and KP06

Dear All,

There is diiference between file which is being uploaded through KP06 and uploaded value (Client is saying).

My queries are:

1) Where I can see this difference

2) What could be the reason.

3) Best Way to display cost center planning: Table and T code.
