payroll periods

Hi,

While executing time evaluation, Initialization block is showing as "01/2011" for period 01.04.2011 which shoud be 04/2011 for period 01.04.2011..

I generated payroll periods from january to december but the system is taking first period as April instead of January..suggest how to proceed?

Thanks in adv,,

    Hi,

Can you please check start date 01.04.2011 for your period parameter in table T549Q & T549S ?

I think, you should generate payroll periods for Jan'2011 to Dec'2011 in IMG..

If your country grouping is 40, then check in SPRO > Payroll :india > Basic Settings> Payroll Organization > Generate Payroll Periods and enter values according to your requirement and execute it.

for more info.. check this URL..with example..

    Thanks,

      Hi Nirali,

Yes, its for country india - 40.

Payroll periods executed from 01.01.2010 to 2015 and the financial year is april to march. Control record first period is showing as April but the problem here is for time evaluation the system is picking april as first period but for time it should be jan to dec and Jan shuld be the first period.

    Hi Krishna,

Check the IT0003 first and check the PDC error indicator.

    Thanks
