Problem with creation of 0416 IT Record

Hi Experts,

We have created a program to upload EL quota for the employees.

We succesfully did it.

After that employee wants to use the 0416 IT for EL encashment . Here employee is getting the Dump error that "Exception condition DUPLICATE ENTRY RAISED".It is a Raise exception.

After getting into it,I found In 0416 Infotype ,there are several same entries in 0416 IT many times on Absence quotas Tab.

KIndly advice me to resolve the problem.\

Regards,

Sairam.

    Hi,

If possible provide screen shot of respective time Quota compensation subtype with maintenance of master data in IT0416.
