Reg : Error in BAPI

Hi Experts,

               I am trying to to create a PR from Web dynpro ABAP by using BAPI_REQUESITION_CREATE,but i am geeting an error message

PR Not created due to :06138 Not possible to determine a consumption account

,Can any one help me to reslove this problem?
