error in loading master data 0vendor to bi

Dear all,

When i am loading master data, on 0VENDOR DATATARGET FOLLOWING ERROR OCCURS how resolve please Send me step by step Pdf  solution.

1)Extraction (messages): Missing messages

2)Transfer (IDocs and TRFC): Errors occurred

3)Processing (data packet): No data

Hi,

Check the RFC connection by right clicking on Source system Icon in RSA1--Source system.

Check in WE02 for for message type RSRQST.

In ECC, Check the background job in SM37, if the job is not available then check for IDOC with status 64 in BD87 tcode.If IDOC available there then process manaually by selecting the RSRQST and click process.

Elss post the screen shots of your status and details tabs in RSMO

Hi Shankar,

Can you please check whether the load is full load or delta ?

This is definitely an idoc's issue but if you are not very clear about the idoc's presently you can repeat the load though the IP and check if the load is getting completed.

1) In case of full load , go to data target ; select request tab ..make the  QM status of request as red ; delete the request and repeat the load.

2) In case of delta load , go to data target ; select request tab.. click on moitor of failed request ..make the request status there as red ..come back to the reuest tab ..here make the QM status of request as red and delete the request. Repeat the load..

If it still gives the same error as you are receiving right now, go thru KP explanation as above.

Hi Shanker,

Looks like TRFCs of Idocs got stuck from source to BW....

First check if your source system job got completed or not?

inorder to check the source system job -- from the job monitor screen of the load -- menu bar -->environment -->Job overview --> source system --enter the login credentials of source system and check the job status.

next check for the TRFCs if any of them got hung from source system to BW system?

If the source system job got finished then you can process the hung TRFCs from source system to BW.

I have cheked source system its okay.But when i loading data it through  following error

1Transfer (IDocs and TRFC): Errors occurred

2)Request IDoc : Application document not posted

Please tell the how to procedure next step .step by step please.

Hi shanker,

I'm not asking you to check the source system, i had asked you to check the source system job for that particular load.

follow the steps which i had posted in my earlier post.

check in RSA3 of the source system and see if there any data records exists ?

In which system are you facing this issue , is it DEV,QA or PROD?
