Planned Delivery time in Purchase Request

Hi

As per SAP, If the Purchase Requsition is created through the MRP run,

The planned delivery time in Purchase Info record should be considered instead from material master.

But for my case, PR is still consideres from the material master.  What should be done to fix this ?

HI,

On the customizing transaction OPPQ, you can  set for your plant the
flag 'Scheduling Info Record/Agreement'. In this case, the planned
delivery time is read from the Info Record, rather than from the
material master.

You may create the plant-specific purchasing organization data for the
info record, setting a planned delivery time or either uncheck the
mentioned flag on OPPQ, to read the planned delivery time from material
master.

Thanks for the infor.

OMDT already checked.

However still the PR created through MRP doesn't consider the PIR planned delivery time and still get from Material Master.

i think it is also essential to have a source list for the material where in the vendor is entered as a source

Hello,

No need to do any settings. Standard SAP will consider Planned delivery time maintained in Inforecord and it overrides anything maintained in Material master.
