Vendor is not able to see "Invoice Create" button in SUS

Hello Everyone,

We are running on SRM 5.0 with ECS and we have SRM-SUS scenario too.

One vendor is not able to see "Invoice Create" button in SUS. He has role to create Invoice in SUS. So can anyone help me to find out the issue ?

    Hi,

    In ECS, for creation of invoice you need a consulting solution. As last document to be transferred from SUS is POR.

    Now as you say that you face problem for just one vendor. You should compare it's settings with other working vendor. It will give you a clue.
