In material valuation there are two places effecting one is Plant another one is company code level.
Can you explain how its effecting?

Hi,
the valuation level denotes at what level u want to valuate your material. Company Code or Plant.
Company Code Level: all the materials in all the plants under that particular company code are valuated at company code level.
EG: 1) if material is moved form Plant A to Plant B with one company code - No accounting document is created.
2) a material cost is same in all plants in a company code
Plant Level: all materials are valuated at that particular plant level.
EG: 1) Accounting document created when material stock is moved from plant A to plant B
2) a different material moving average/standard price can be maintained in different plants
