Can anyone explain the different follow-on functions in PR

Hi Experts,

Please explain me in details about the different follow-on functions which are related to Purchase requistion viz. ME56,ME57,ME58 and ME59N.

    You can convert PR to PO by

    ME21N

    Go to overview and select for the select variant and drag and drop in the shoppiing cart.

    Enther PR and line Item in the PO -Befor entring any thing in the header scroll all the way to left

    Follow on functions

    ME56

    ME57

    ME58

    ME59N

    In Logistics - Materials Management - Purchase Requisition - Follow-On Functions

    ME56 - Assign

    ME57 - Assign and Process

    In Logistics - Materials Management - Purchase Requisition - Follow-On Functions - Create Purchase Order

    ME58 - Via Assignment List

    ME59N - Automatically via Purchase Requisitions
