Hi Experts,

In SAP BO XI 3.1 sp3 WEBI attempts to open a WEBI doc (Universe ) I receives the following error: -

There is also a simpler solution,

    https://bosap-support.wdf.sap.corp/sap/support/notes/1203088

    1. Click Tools > Internet Options in the Internet Explorer menu bar. The Internet Options property sheet appears.

    2. Click the Languages button in the General tab. The Language preference dialog box appears.

    3. Click the language specified in the error message.

    4. Click Move Down to move the language to a lower level. Alternately, click Remove to clear the language from the list.

    5. Click the supported language.

    6. Click Move Up to move the supported language to the top of the list. Click OK.

    7. Click OK in the Internet Options property sheet.
