Hi,
I want to populate data of all fixed planned orders in a newly created order series key figure.
I have done the following steps.
1.Created a new Category Group and assinged the SNP Planned Order category EE with the fixed order setting F.
2. Created a new Key figure
3. Assinged it to the Planning area with semantic 001 and assigned the new order category to it.
4.Further I have assinged the new keyfigure in the planning book
The expectations is that I should be able to all the fixed SNP planned orders in the new Key figure in the planning book.
I am not sure if this is the correct approach to achieve this and if yes what is the setting that I am missing.
Needs your help to get this.
Thanks
Abhijeet
Hi Abhijeet,
Your procedure sounds good.
With reference to point 3, the semantic should be 000 (LC: Quantity i.e. order series). We can't use time series (i.e. semantic 001) here.
Thanks,
Rajesh

Hi Abhijeet,
Pl check the following SAP notes and implement them.

Hi Rajesh,
It seems there is some other issue.
I tried assigning categores group PP1 and category EE and also the Key fig function 2001 to the new key figure (setting similar to standard key figure 9APPROD - Production Planned) but no orders are getting populated to the new key figure.
Somehow the category and keyfigure is not getting linked.
Thanks for the previous input though.
Thanks
Abhi

At what level are you loading the product in planning book - i guess it is product - location. If thats the case then you have to check if the category group assignment is done against aggregate level MALO in the planning area. I general it is good practise to check the category assignement at all aggregate levels .
The other thing you can try is to CIF a planned order from ECC and check the category under which it is getting created in R/3. If it does not get created under category EE then it would be clear that something is wrong with you category assignment in planning area
Thanks
