Store Client level information


Hi SAP Experts,

Greetings to all...

I wish to ask following question:

In our system we keep performing the mass data maintainance like we update the maximum retail price of material etc but the management wanted to list of activities that we perform and the file that is uploaded etc.

So just wanted to know if there is any way we can create a log stating that certain activity is performed by someone and can we attach the file and upload it in SAP, currently we are maintaining this information over mails and it is hard to track.
