sap gui 7.20 works slowly on win7

on new laptops i3, i5, i7 inside and with windows7 ultimate we encountered performance problems.

sap gui 7.20 works slowly (we tried 7.20 PL4 - PL11 same result).

In the beginning it works fine, but after the first run, he starts to run slowly.

can anyone recommend something?
